Ruwag Handy Hint
If holes are drilled beyond the length of the flutes of the drill bit, the bit will lose the ability to clear debris causing it to seize in the hole and may result in damage to the drill bit or drilling machine.

We use Royal Mail and DPD Overnight for all of the parcels we ship to you. At check out, you will have a choice of three options:
- Royal Mail 1st Class (RM24) - Aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays for orders placed before 4pm on a Friday;
- Royal Mail 2nd Class (RM48) - Delivery in two to three days including Saturdays;
- DPD Overnight On-Site Delivery - We offer timed and trackable next day delivery.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
